What support is included with my VPS?

Do you allow IRC/Bittorrent/Warez Linking?

We do not allow IRC, Bittorrents or Warez Linking. IRC ports are filtered out on all of our host machines, and any user found to be using their VPS for IRC, Bittorrents, Warez Linking or any other illegal activity will be terminated.

How is CPU allocated?

CPU is allocated by Xen's fair-share credit scheduler. Unlike many VPS providers, we believe that CPU should scale with the size of a VPS. Otherwise a VPS with 4GB RAM has the same CPU power as a VPS with 128MB RAM!

Each VPS can burst upto the full speed of the host machine, however larger plans have a larger nubmer of cpu credits, and therefore have access to more CPU power when the host machine is under load.
